How to request the deletion of your data

You can request at any time the deletion of the personal data we hold about you (customer account, order history within the limits of our legal obligations, conversations with our customer service by email, Facebook, Messenger or Instagram).

  1. Send an email to contact@omadays.com with the subject "Delete my data".
  2. Include the email address used for your orders, or your Instagram / Facebook username if your request concerns our social media conversations.
  3. We confirm the deletion within 30 days. Some invoicing data must be kept for the duration required by accounting law, then deleted as well.
