My name is Zoe and I am the founder of Omaday's.
Let me tell you our story, a story that began with a recipe inspired by my grandmother and is today driven by our passion for radiant, sun-kissed hair, whatever its color, type or nature.
1954
The creator of the formula
My grandmother, nicknamed Pioupiou, is in love with the same wish that will inhabit me later: to find her wonderful blond hair of youth again.
But here it is...
A mother of five, she has neither the time nor the means to go to the hairdresser and wants above all to avoid highly chemical treatments.
She then decided to create her own home treatment inspired by her reading and her passion for botany.
This is how the original formula of Omad's lightening spray was born. which she will keep for herself for +60 years.
2015
The transmission
At 15, I regret seeing my beautiful blond hair getting a little duller every year.
During the summer, my grandmother decided to take out her botanical notebooks and revealed to me her homemade recipe based on Roman chamomile and cornflower flowers that she used at the time to bring sunny highlights to her hair.
She doesn't know it yet, but she has just given me a priceless gift: the first stone of my entrepreneurial adventure.
2021
The launch of Pioupiou By Blondie, now Omad's
To finance part of my law studies, I have this crazy idea of selling to other students this lightening serum that I use all year round.
The first customers loved it and spread the word. Very quickly, I found myself making new bottles in the evening and delivering them on the weekend. I can't believe it!
My darling then encouraged me to become a professional, to create a company, and to see things on a grand scale. It was decided... I stopped my studies to devote myself fully to my company.
When the dream becomes reality
After +2 years of hard work, Omad's has won the hearts of +36,000 women and is now made up of a team of 8 people who work daily to offer you the best lightening treatments on the market.
This success is above all that of my incredible grandmother and her very effective lightening recipe.
So when we had to part with the name Piou Piou by Bondlie, I couldn't help but give it another nod by choosing the brand name Omad's (pronounced Omaday's) which means "grandmother's day 👵🏻".
