Shipping policy

OMAD'S SHIPPING POLICY

Omad'sphilosophy is to protect the environment as much as possible. For this reason, Omad's offers several delivery methods such as La Poste, Colis privé and DPD, but recommends choosing relay point delivery with the Mondial Relay carrier. For this reason, point relais delivery is offered at a lower price than home delivery.

Deadlines

Packages are generally sent within 4 working days. Delivery time depends on the customer's location but normally does not exceed 4 working days.

If due to strikes or exceptional circumstances shipments should be delayed, the Omad's team sends an email to notify its customers.

If you experience a delay of more than two weeks (14 working days), please do not hesitate to notify us by email at our address contact@omadays.com.

Damaged or missing parcel

Sending liquids is very delicate and it sometimes happens that the transport is somewhat shaken and a cap unscrews. If this happens to you, we apologize for the inconvenience.

To obtain a gesture from us (partial refund or shipment of intact bottles or gift voucher), we invite you to send us an email to the address contact@omadays.com avec supporting 3 photos:

- a photo of the defective/leaking bottles

- a photo of the damaged/wet shipping box

- a photo of the packing slip on your box

Don't hesitate either to open a request/complaint with the carrier if you see directly that the package is damaged to claim a refund from the transport firm.
