Shipping policy

OMAD'S SHIPPING POLICY

Omad's philosophy is to protect the environment as much as possible. For this reason, Omad's offers several delivery methods such as La Poste, Colis privé and DPD, but recommends choosing relay point delivery with the carrier Mondial Relay. For this reason, relay point delivery is offered at a lower price than home delivery.

Délais

Packages are generally dispatched within 4 working days. Delivery time depends on the customer's location but normally does not exceed 4 working days.

If shipments are delayed due to strikes or exceptional circumstances, the Omad's team will send an e-mail to inform customers.

If you experience a delay of more than two weeks (14 working days), please let us know by e-mail at our address contact@omadays.com.

Damaged or missing parcel

Sending liquids is very delicate and it sometimes happens that the transport is somewhat shaken and a cap unscrews. If this happens to you, we apologize for the inconvenience.

To obtain a gesture from us (partial refund or sending of intact bottles or gift voucher), we invite you to send us an email to contact@omadays.com avec with 3 photos:

- a photo of the defective/leaking bottles

- a photo of the damaged/wet shipping box

- a photo of the packing slip on your box

And don't hesitate to file a claim/complaint with the carrier if you see that the package is damaged, in order to claim a refund from the shipping company
