One month to see the difference
Every Spray purchased includes a free 1-month coaching program. Like the Blondie Challenge, but without the obligation to post.
- Semaine 1 : you take a photo of your hair before your first application
- Semaine 2 : you take a photo after several applications
- Semaine 3 : you take a photo to track the progress
- Semaine 4 : final photo, you compare with the beginning
This follow-up allows us to see your progress and help you if something's not right.
You haven't opened your products?
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to return unopened products in their original packaging.
- The return shipping costs are at your expense.
- You'll be fully refunded upon receipt of the intact package.
- For items valued over 75 EUR, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring your shipment.

You followed the program and you're not satisfied?
We have several solutions for you:
- Your highlights too warm? We'll send you a Violet Shampoo to correct it.
- Your hair feels damaged? We're sending you a Nourishing Serum.
- The result isn't visible enough? We'll review your application photos together, and if the application is correct, we'll send you an additional spray.
- Aucune solution ne te convient ? We refund you, minus shipping fees.
Important : these solutions are only available if you've followed the complete coaching program (photos every week for 1 month).
An issue with your delivery?
- Lost or damaged parcel by the carrier: full refund. To get a goodwill gesture, send us 3 photos to contact@omadays.com : the concerned bottles, the shipping box, and the shipping slip.
- Package marked as delivered but you haven't received it: full refund.
- You didn't pick up your package in time at the pickup point: we can send it back to you if you cover the return shipping costs.

Only if you want a refund for dissatisfaction on opened products. It's our way of making sure you had the best experience possible.

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your card issuer, as processing times can vary. If needed, also contact your bank. If after all these steps you still haven't received anything, write to us at contact@omadays.com.
