Shipping policy

OMAD'S SHIPPING POLICY

The philosophy ofOmad's is to protect the environment as much as possible. For this reason, Omad's offers several delivery methods, such as La Poste, Colis privé and DPD, but recommends that you opt for delivery to a point relais with the carrier Mondial Relay. For this reason, relay point delivery is offered at a lower price than home delivery.

Deadlines

Packages are generally dispatched within 4 working days. Delivery time depends on the customer's location, but normally does not exceed 4 working days. 

If shipments have to be delayed due to strikes or other exceptional circumstances, the Omad's sends an e-mail to warn her customers.

If your order is delayed by more than two weeks (14 working days), please let us know by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Damaged or missing parcel

Sending liquids is a very delicate business, and it sometimes happens that the transport is shaken up a bit and a cap unscrews. If this happens to you, we apologize for the inconvenience.

To obtain a gesture from us (partial refund or sending of intact bottles or gift voucher), we invite you to send us an email to [email protected] with 3 supporting photos:

- a photo of the defective/leaking bottles

- a photo of the damaged/wet shipping box

- a photo of the packing slip on your mailbox

And don't hesitate to file a request/complaint with the carrier if you see the parcel is damaged, in order to claim a refund from the shipping company.
