Let's go for this special article!
1. Mermaid hair from your plate: the power of food for dream hair! 🍽
Let's face it, we too sometimes go for pizza or ice cream (especially on rainy days!). But if you want beautiful hair, it's like everything else: you need to nourish it from the inside. So, on the menu, go for proteins - think eggs, fish, lentils, you get the idea? And say yes to vitamins E and B.
Where can you find them?
Easy: for vitamin E, jump on walnuts and spinach. For B, think wholegrain cereals, avocado, bananas.
Our little tip:
Don't forget the little avocado for breakfast, it's a super boost for your hair! 😉 But don't expect an overnight transformation. Be patient: beautiful hair is a marathon, not a sprint. Count on about two months to start seeing a huge difference. So, are you up for the challenge? ⭐️
2. Less heat and avoid hot water 🚿
We're not going to lie: we all love our hair dryers, straightening irons and curling irons. But these little heating tools, practical as they are, can also damage our hair.
Try to use them less frequently, and when you do, don't forget to apply a heat protector. As for hot water, although a hot shower is pleasant, it can make your hair brittle and increase the risk of hair loss.
Our little tip:
Finish your rinse with cold water, and your hair will thank you: cold water helps tighten hair cuticles, making them shinier.
So, are you ready to switch to the cold shower for shinier hair? 😁
3. Gentle brushing
Contrary to what you might think, brushing your hair as if you were trying to unhook it from your head is not the way to make it more beautiful. On the contrary, brushing too hard can damage your precious strands. So the next time you brush your hair, do it gently.
And for maximum effect, choose a boar bristle brush. 🐗
Why?
Because these brushes distribute sebum (your hair's natural oil) from roots to ends, helping to moisturize your hair and make it softer and shinier.
So, are you ready to try the boar bristle brush to give your hair the royal treatment it deserves? 😉

4. Oil baths :
Remember the benefits of the vegetable oils we've talked about in previous articles? Coconut, olive, avocado... These little natural wonders are real nutrition bombs for your hair. Taking an oil bath once a week can really make a difference to your hair.
What to do?
It's so easy! Apply the oil to your hair, from roots to ends, wrap in a warm towel and leave on for at least an hour (or overnight for deep conditioning). Then rinse with warm water and wash as usual. And for those who can't wait to discover other plant oils, you won't be disappointed:
In future articles, we'll be talking about the benefits of castor oil, amla oil, broccoli oil, jojoba oil and mustard oil. Ready to dive into the wonderful world of oil baths? 😍
