REFUNDS

Moreover, Omad's offers a gift voucher or partial refund when the delivery is defective or part of the products is damaged. For this case, we refer you to the SHIPPING POLICY page.


Delayed or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before you see a refund.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

We offer the possibility to all our customers who are not satisfied, by the product/by the delivery/or other personal reasons, to be reimbursed when the request is made within 180 days* from receipt. We simply ask you to contact us at [email protected] and indicate the reason for your dissatisfaction as well as photos that support your opinion if necessary.

To make the refund, we ask the customer to return the items to our Belgian warehouse address: rue Piervenne 57, 5590 Ciney, BELGIUM. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer requesting the refund. We will process the refund as soon as possible once the items have been received.

*Based on Article 9 of the DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011, the consumer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract without having to provide reasons and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Article 13 of the Directive. The right of withdrawal expires after a period of 14 days from the time set out in Article 9 of the Directive.

The team of Omad's does not offer exchanges on these products. However, if your product has arrived defective, we refer you to the REFUND section.

RETURN SHIPPING

Based on the reimbursement possibilities accepted by Omad's , the order must be returned intact to the following address: rue Piervenne 57, 5590 Ciney, Belgium.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are the responsibility of the customer who wishes to be refunded. These costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your product may vary.
