REIMBURSEMENTS

For the team Omad'scustomer satisfaction is paramount. That's why we've introduced the "satisfied or your money back" offer. In this case, we refer you to the SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK section.

What's more, Omad's offers a gift voucher or partial refund in the event of faulty delivery or partial damage to products. In this case, please refer to our SENDING POLICY page.


Late or missing refunds :

If you haven't yet received your refund, please double-check your bank account first. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK

We offer all our customers who are dissatisfied with the product/delivery/or other personal reasons the possibility of a refund when the request is made within 180 days* of receipt. We simply ask you to contact us at [email protected] and indicate the reason for your dissatisfaction as well as photos to support your opinion if necessary.

To make the refund, we ask the customer to send the items back to our Belgian warehouse address: rue Piervenne 57, 5590 Ciney, BELGIUM. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer requesting the refund. We will proceed with the reimbursement as soon as possible once the items have been received.

 

*On the basis of article 9 of the DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of October 25, 2011, the consumer has a period of fourteen days in which to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract, without having to give reasons for his decision and without incurring costs other than those provided for in Article 13 of the Directive. The right of withdrawal expires after a period of 14 days from the moment set by article 9 of the directive.


EXCHANGE

The Omad's does not offer exchanges on these products. However, if your product has arrived faulty, we will refer you to the REFUND section.

RETURN SHIPMENT

Based on the reimbursement options accepted by Omad'sThe order must be returned intact to the following address: rue Piervenne 57, 5590 Ciney, Belgium.

Shipping costs associated with the return of your item are the responsibility of the customer who wishes to be reimbursed. These costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured.
