General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1. Objet

The following general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all sales of hair cosmetic products made by PPBBZJ OÜ, trading as OMAD'S, via the website omadays.com.

Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3. Produits

The products offered for sale are described on the website as accurately as possible. The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. In the event of an error in the description of a product, OMAD'S cannot be held responsible.

OMAD'S reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.

Article 4. Price

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping fees are not included in the product price and are calculated when you check out.

OMAD'S reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed on the site when you confirm your order.

Article 5. Order

To place an order, follow these steps:

  1. You choose the product(s) and add them to your cart.
  2. You check your cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. You enter your shipping and billing information.
  4. You choose your payment method and confirm your order.
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order.

OMAD'S reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of existing dispute, suspected fraud, or anomaly in the order.

Article 6. Payment

The payment is made online securely. Accepted payment methods are:

  • Carte bancaire (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Payment in 3 installments, no fees

The order is confirmed after payment confirmation. If payment is refused, the order is automatically canceled.

Article 7. Shipping

OMAD'S ships throughout the European Union and to Switzerland.

Packages are shipped within 4 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times are then typically between 2 and 5 working days depending on the destination. Shipping is free for any order of 70 euros or more.

The carriers used are: La Poste, Colis Privé, DPD, and Mondial Relay. Pickup point delivery is recommended: it's more eco-friendly and more affordable.

OMAD'S cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Article 8. Right of Withdrawal and Return

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

This right of withdrawal applies only to unopened, unused products returned in their original, intact packaging. No exchanges are offered: only refunds or product returns are possible.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in proper condition, using the same payment method as your original order.

The return address is: rue Piervenne 57, 5590 Ciney, Belgium. For items valued over 75 EUR, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Article 9. Coaching Program and Satisfaction

For opened cosmetic products, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply. However, OMAD'S offers you a free one-month coaching program.

The principle is simple: you take weekly photos of your hair's progress and send them to us. If, after completing the full program and sharing your progress photos, you're not satisfied with the result, OMAD'S offers you two options:

  • The free gift of a complementary product tailored to your needs.
  • A refund of the product, minus the initial shipping costs.

Without following the complete program (weekly photos sent), no refund will be possible for opened products.

Article 10. Delivery Issues

  • Colis perdu : if your parcel is lost, OMAD'S proceeds with a full refund of your order.
  • Damaged parcel or product leak: if your package arrives damaged or a product leaked during shipping, send us 3 photos to contact@omadays.com the affected bottles, the shipping box and the shipping slip. OMAD'S will offer you a partial refund, a replacement of intact products or a gift card.
  • Package marked as delivered but not received: if the tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, OMAD'S will also process a full refund.
  • Parcel not collected at pickup point: if your package isn't picked up within the relay point's time limit, a resend is possible if you cover the shipping costs.

Article 11. Delayed Refund

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer, as processing can take a few days. If you still haven't received anything after these checks, contact your bank. If the problem persists, write to us at contact@omadays.com.

Article 12. Liability

OMAD'S cannot be held liable for total or partial non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, as defined by current case law and regulations.

OMAD'S cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products, provided the usage instructions on the packaging and website are followed.

Article 13. Personal Data

OMAD'S collects and processes personal data as part of orders and browsing on the site. To learn more about how your data is collected, used, and protected, check out our Privacy Policy.

Article 14. Intellectual Property

All content present on the omadays.com website (texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, trademarks) is the exclusive property of PPBBZJ OÜ or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, in whole or in part, of these elements is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 15. Abonnements

OMAD'S offers a subscription service that lets you automatically receive your chosen products at a set frequency (every 1, 2, or 3 months).

15.1. Sans engagement : The subscription has no minimum commitment period. You can modify, pause, or cancel it at any time from your customer account.

15.2. Prélèvement : the charge is automatic at each renewal cycle. A reminder email is sent before each charge.

15.3. Résiliation : the cancellation takes effect before the next delivery. If the order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, this delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.

15.4. No refunds after receipt: if the customer received the products from a delivery and had not unsubscribed before shipment, no refund is possible for that delivery. The customer is invited to anticipate her subscription changes before the renewal date.

15.5. Réduction abonnement : The subscription discount applies automatically as long as the subscription is active. It stops upon cancellation.

Article 16. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Estonian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Tallinn (Estonia) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
