USE COUNCIL
- Should the product be applied to wet or dry hair?
The lotion should be applied to damp hair. We therefore recommend using the spray after washing your hair, while it is still damp. Apply the spray generously without rinsing, and dry with a heat source.
- Do I need to use a lot of spray to get results?
Highlights: in the palm of your hand, spray the spray so that it fills the palm of your hand, then apply to the highlights you wish to lighten. You can repeat the application 4-5 times.
Lightening the whole head of hair: for lengths, apply the spray directly to the hair so that the whole head is sprayed. For roots, fill the palm of your hand with spray and apply to roots by hand.
WARNING: if you have a sensitive or problematic scalp, we advise against applying the spray to it. First spray into your hand, then gently apply to the roots, without coming into contact with the scalp (or eyes).
- Is it compulsory to wear gloves as indicated on the instructions?
As recommended by European directive 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, we strongly advise you to wear gloves. Otherwise, wash your hands thoroughly after applying the lotion.
- What should I do if I get product in my eyes?
In accordance with European Directive 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, avoid contact with eyes! In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water.
- Is it imperative to use a heat source or is air-drying sufficient?
Active heat accentuates the lightening process. It is therefore highly recommended. However, natural heat such as the sun is preferable. We still recommend that you apply a protective oil before exposing your hair to a heat source, to protect it from the heat.
- How often should I use the spray?
In general, we recommend using the spray 2 to 3 times a week, and not to exceed this frequency to give your hair time to lighten naturally and gradually. This way, you can perfectly control the lightening process and achieve the shade of your dreams!
- After how many applications does the spray take effect?
If you follow the steps for use, results will appear after 1 to 3 applications. As the effect is progressive, you can continue to apply 3 times a week until you achieve the result you want.
- How much oil should I use after using the spray?
Ideally, use a vegetable oil (sweet almond, argan, coconut, etc.). Pour a few drops of oil into the palm of your hand and apply to damp ends after using the spray.
- Should I wash my hair after applying oil to the ends?
No! If you use an oil suited to your hair type (dry, oily, brittle, etc.), it will instantly penetrate the hair fiber and protect it from heat. So don't wash your hair after applying the oil.

- Is the hydrogen peroxide in the spray dangerous?

All bleaching products contain H2O2 to open up the hair molecule and enable lightening.
Unlike industrial products used in hairdressing salons or sold in supermarkets, we use hydrogen peroxide only to enable chamomile to act and release its effects in an optimal way. As a result, our product contains far less H2O2 than most lightening solutions already on the market.
- Does chamomile turn your hair yellow?
Our lightening spray also contains cornflower extract. Cornflower neutralizes yellowing, giving you lighter strands that don't turn canary yellow.
- Are the products you use compatible with a sensitive scalp?
Although our lotion is 92% natural, we don't recommend applying the solution directly to the scalp. First, spray your hand with the product and run it through your strands close to the skull to get a natural highlighted effect without touching your skin.
ORDER
- Is it normal for the product to be sold out?
Yes, this is normal, and we do our utmost to ensure that the product is available again. Manufacturing is 100% homemade and therefore takes longer than industrial manufacturing. We try to ensure that this manufacturing time is as respectful as possible of natural products, which is why it takes time (flower infusion, etc.). Due to high demand, production can take from one to two weeks.
It's in your interest to leave your email address so that we can notify you as soon as the production is online!
- Can I change my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, as it is processed instantly by our team. If you wish to add an additional item, we advise you to place a new order as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to send them together.
- Can I still cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed, it can be cancelled within 14 days and we will proceed with the refund. However, if we have already dispatched the package, we refer you to the refund procedure in the refund policy.
- I haven't received an order confirmation yet, is this normal?
Due to the high volume of orders, confirmation may take up to 24 hours. If you still haven't received anything after this time, please contact us via the contact form.
SHIPPING, TRACKING & REFUND
- Which carrier does Omad's work with?
We work with La Poste, colis privé, DPD, Mondial Relay and Colissimo, all reliable platforms that guarantee secure delivery. After placing your order on the site, you'll receive an email confirming your order. A second e-mail will be sent when the Omad's will have dispatched your order. This last e-mail contains all the information you need about the shipment, including the tracking number so you can follow the progress of your parcel straight away!
- How long does shipping take?
We take a maximum of 2 working days to process your order. Delivery time may vary between 2 and 3 working days depending on the shipping destination.
- Can we ship anywhere in the world?
Our aim is to expand our production and deliver worldwide. For the moment, we only deliver to : France, Belgium, Estonia, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.
- Some items are missing from my order. What happens?
Oh dear, we must have made a mistake! Once you've checked the details of your order, send us an email to [email protected] and we'll do everything we can to rectify the problem.
- I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, the preparation of your parcel can take longer than expected due to the large number of orders. However, once you have received the e-mail confirming shipment, the carrier is responsible for delivery. In this case, you can track your parcel using the tracking number.
