Can I cancel at any time ?
Yes. The subscription is commitment-free. You can cancel, pause, or change the frequency from your customer account. Cancellation takes effect before the next delivery.
Can I add or remove a product ?
Yes. From your customer account, you can add a shampoo, serum, or any other product to your subscription. You can also remove them.
How does the -25% reduction work ?
The 25% discount is automatically applied to every delivery as long as your subscription is active. This is the best price available on our products.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on all subscription orders, with no minimum spend. For one-time purchases, delivery is free from €70.
When will I receive my order?
Your order ships from Spain within 12 to 24 working hours, then allow 2 to 5 days depending on your destination. Your following deliveries are sent automatically at the frequency you chose.
Can I pause a delivery?
Yes. From your account, you can postpone or pause a delivery, then resume whenever you want. Do it before the renewal date so it applies to the next delivery.
Do I earn loyalty points ?
Yes, and it's doubled! Every subscription order earns you money. 2x more points than a traditional purchase. For example, a spray has 29,96€ It earns you 600 points instead of 300.
Can I be refunded if I received my delivery ?
If you received the products and did not unsubscribe before shipment, this delivery is non-refundable. Remember to modify or cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
When am I taken ?
You will be automatically charged at the frequency you choose (1, 2, or 3 months) starting from the date of your first order. You will receive a reminder email before each payment is taken.
