DIRECTIONS FOR USE

  • Should the product be applied to dry or damp hair?

The lotion should be applied to damp hair. We therefore recommend using the spray after washing your hair, when it is still damp. Apply the spray abundantly without rinsing and dry with a heat source.

  • How much spray does it take per use to get a result?

Highlights : In the palm of your hand, spray the spray so as to fill the palm of your hand then apply to the highlights you wish to lighten. You can repeat the application 4 to 5 times.

Lightening the entire hair : for the lengths, apply the spray directly to the hair so that the entire hair is sprayed. For the roots, fill the palm of your hand with spray and apply to the roots by hand.

WARNING: If you have a sensitive or problem scalp, we do not recommend applying the spray to it. Spray it first in your hand and then apply gently to the roots without coming into contact with the scalp (and eyes).

 

  • Is it mandatory to wear gloves as indicated in the instructions?

As recommended by European Directive 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, wearing gloves is strongly recommended. Failing that, wash your hands thoroughly after applying the lotion.

 

  • If I get product in my eyes, what should I do?

As recommended by European Directive 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, avoid contact of the product with the eyes! In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water.

 

  • Is it imperative to use a heat source or is letting them air dry sufficient?

Active heat accentuates the lightening process. It is therefore highly recommended. However, prefer natural heat such as the sun. We still advise you to apply a protective oil before exposing your hair to a heat source to protect it from it.

 

  • How often should I use the spray?

Generally, we recommend using the spray 2 to 3 times a week and not exceeding this frequency to give your hair time to lighten naturally and gradually. This way, you can perfectly control the lightening and get the shade you dream of!

 

  • After how many applications does the spray take effect?

If you follow the steps of use, the result will appear after 1 to 3 applications. Since the effect is progressive, you can continue the application 3 times a week until you get the result you want.

 

  • What oil should I use after using the spray and how much?

The ideal is to use a vegetable oil (sweet almond, argan, coconut, etc.). Pour a few drops of oil into the palm of your hand and apply it to your damp ends after using the spray.

 

  • Should you wash your hair after oiling the ends?

No! If you use an oil that is suitable for your hair type (dry, oily, brittle, etc.), it will instantly penetrate the hair fiber and protect it from heat. Therefore, you should not wash your hair after applying the oil.

 

COMPOSITION

  • Is the hydrogen peroxide in the spray dangerous?

Hydrogen peroxide is a chemical compound that can be dangerous when dosed incorrectly. We use hydrogen peroxide in small quantities (<20%) and in an extremely diluted manner (30vol.).

You should know that any bleaching product contains H2O2 to open the hair molecule and allow lightening.

Unlike industrial products used in hair salons or sold in supermarkets, we use hydrogen peroxide only to allow the chamomile to act and release its effects in an optimal way. Thus, our product contains much less H2O2 than most lightening solutions already on the market.

  • Does chamomile turn hair yellow?

Our lightening spray also contains cornflower flower extract. Cornflower neutralizes yellowing and helps achieve lighter highlights that don't turn canary yellow.

  • Are the products used compatible with a sensitive scalp?

Although our lotion is 92% natural, we advise not to apply the solution directly to the scalp. First spray your hand with product and run it through your locks close to the scalp to have a natural highlighted effect without contact with your skin.

ORDER

  • Is it normal that the product is sold out?

Yes, this is normal, and we are doing our best to make the product available again. The manufacturing is 100% homemade and therefore takes longer than industrial manufacturing. We try to make this manufacturing time as respectful as possible of natural products, which is why it takes time (infusion of flowers, etc.). Due to high demand, production can take one to two weeks.

It is in your interest to leave your email address in order to receive a notification as soon as the production is online!

  • Can I modify my order?

Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified since it is processed instantly by our team. If you want to add an additional item, we advise you to quickly place a new order and we will do our best to ensure that they are sent together.

  • Is it still possible to cancel my order?

Once placed, the order can be cancelled within 14 days and we will proceed with the refund. However, if we have already shipped the package, we refer you to the procedure to follow to be refunded in the refund policy .

  • I haven't received an order confirmation yet, is this normal?

Due to the high volume of orders, confirmation may take up to 24 hours. If you still haven't received anything after this time, please contact us via the contact form .

  • Which carrier does Omad's work with?

We work with the post office, private parcel, DPD, Mondial Relay, Colissimo which are reliable platforms that guarantee secure delivery. After placing your order on the site, you will receive an email confirming your order. A second email will be sent when the team of Omad's will have shipped your order. This last email includes all the necessary information regarding the shipment, including the tracking number that allows you to follow the journey of your package live!

 

  • What are the shipping times?

We take 2 business days maximum to process your order. The delivery time of the package can vary between 2 to 3 business days depending on the shipping destination.

 

  • Are shipments possible worldwide?

Our goal is to expand our production and deliver worldwide. At the moment we only deliver to: France, Belgium, Estonia, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.

  • Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

Oh no, this must be a mistake on our part! After checking the details of your order, send us an email at contact@omadays.com and we will do everything we can to fix this problem.

  

  • I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, the preparation of your package may take longer than expected due to the large number of orders. However, once you have received the email confirming the shipment of the package, it is the carrier who is in charge of the delivery. In this case, you can track your package via the tracking number. Do I need to use a lot of spray to get results

ATTENTION: if you have a sensitive or problematic scalp, we advise against applying the spray to it. Spray first in your hand, then gently apply to the roots without coming into contact with the scalp (and eyes).

Is it compulsory to wear gloves as indicated on the instructions?

As recommended by European Directive 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, we strongly advise you to wear gloves. Otherwise, wash your hands thoroughly after applying the lotion.

How long does shipping take?

We take a maximum of 2 working days to process your order. Package delivery time may vary between 2 and 3 business days depending on shipping destination.

Can shipments be made anywhere in the world?
