REMBOURSEMENTS
For the Omad's team, customer satisfaction is paramount. That's why we offer a "money back guarantee". In this case, we refer you to the SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK section.
In addition, Omad's offers a gift voucher or partial refund when delivery is faulty or part of the products are damaged. In this case, we refer you to the SENDING POLICY page.
Delayed or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK
We offer all our customers who are not satisfied with the product/delivery/or other personal reasons, the possibility of a refund when the request is made within 180 days* of receipt. All we ask is that you contact us at contact@omadays.com et and state the reason for your dissatisfaction, together with photos to support your opinion if necessary.
For a refund, we ask the customer to return the items to our Belgian warehouse address: rue Piervenne 57, 5590 Ciney, BELGIUM. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer requesting the refund. We will proceed with the refund as soon as possible once the items have been received.
*Based on Article 9 of the DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of October 25, 2011, the consumer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract without having to give reasons for his decision and without incurring costs other than those provided for in Article 13 of the Directive. The right of withdrawal expires after a period of 14 days from the moment set by article 9 of the directive.
ÉCHANGES
The Omad's team does not offer exchanges on these products. However, if your product has arrived defective, we refer you to the REFUND section.

SHIPPING FOR RETURN
On the basis of the reimbursement possibilities accepted by Omad's, the order must be returned intact to the following address: rue Piervenne 57, 5590 Ciney, Belgium.
Shipping costs related to the return of your item are the responsibility of the customer who wishes to be reimbursed. These costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured.
