Refund policy

REFUNDS

For the Omad'steam, customer satisfaction is paramount. That's why we offer a "money back guarantee". In this case, we refer you to the SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK section

In addition, Omad's offers a gift voucher or partial refund when the delivery is faulty or part of the products are damaged. In this case, we refer you to the SENDING POLICY page.


Delayed or missing refunds:

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK

We offer the possibility to all our customers not satisfied, by the product/delivery/or other personal reasons, to be refunded when the request is made within 180 days* from receipt. We simply ask you to contact us at contact@omadays.com et indicate the reason for your dissatisfaction as well as photos that support your opinion if necessary.

To make the refund, we ask the customer to return the items to us at our Belgian warehouse address: rue Piervenne 57, 5590 Ciney, BELGIUM. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer requesting the refund. We will proceed with the reimbursement as soon as possible once the items have been received.

*Based on Article 9 of the DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of October 25, 2011, the consumer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract without having to give reasons and without incurring costs other than those provided for in Article 13 of the Directive. The right of withdrawal expires after a period of 14 days from the moment set by article 9 of the directive.


ÉCHANGES

The Omad's team does not offer exchanges on these products. Nevertheless, if your product has arrived defective, we refer you to the REFUND section.

EXPEDITION FOR RETURN

On the basis of the reimbursement possibilities accepted by Omad's, the order must be returned intact to the following address: rue Piervenne 57, 5590 Ciney, Belgium.

Shipping costs related to the return of your item are the responsibility of the customer wishing to be reimbursed. These costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or have your shipment insured.
