How do I earn points?
You earn 10 points for every EUR spent on omadays.com. You can also earn points by writing a review (500 pts), celebrating your birthday (500 pts), following our social media (50 pts per platform), referring a friend (1000 pts), or completing the post-purchase survey (500 pts).
How long are my points valid for?
Your points stay valid for 12 months after your last order or interaction. An alert appears 30 days before expiration.
What discounts can I get?
1000 points = 10 EUR off. 1500 points = 15 EUR. 2000 points = 20 EUR. 2500 points = 25 EUR. Stackable with automatic discounts. You always pay at least 20 EUR after the discount.
How do I level up?
The tier depends on your total purchases over the last 12 months. 50 EUR for VIP, 150 EUR for Gold, 300 EUR for Iconic. You level up automatically.
Is signing up really free?
100% free, no commitment, no subscription fee. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard.
What if I return my order?
The points earned are automatically removed. If you used a loyalty discount code, your points are recredited.
